(Not the blue house with a white fence.) There is even a bench near there that you can listen to the frogs. I hear them after school. Maybe they are the toads on the pet chart. I think they aren’t, But you should go hear them.

Isn't it fun to live where we can enjoy nature! I live in Southern California, in Diamond Bar, which is rougly half way between Los Angeles and Newport Beach.
I am a gardener and garden writer and love that you wrote about the sound of a living creature. I haven't seen frogs in my garden yet this year- but there was a snake in my front yard at lunchtime. I didn't hang out long enough to hear if he made any sounds.
